All orders will be processed once Payments are cleared (generally 2 working Days) and will be shipped via Australia Post.

Purchases made over the weekend will be processed Monday or Tuesday

Goods in Transit

Incorrect Address Skipbeat is not responsible for unclaimed parcels or parcels that have had incorrect addresses during order submission

Lost or stolen Skipbeat is not responsible if a parcel has been lost or stolen unless this occurred during transit. Tracking numbers are provided and the status 'Delivered' will signify that the order has been successfully received. If not received as per "Delivered" status connect with Austpost directly with tracking number

Aurthority to Leave You can leave a note in the notes section when finalising purcahse. carrier will leave item in a safe place. You can leave additional  comments on where you wish for package to be left. Otherwise packages may divert to your nearest post office for collection. Please check mail for calling card to pick up goods

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue

 

Refund Policy

Refunds can only be reversed back to original payment method

Credit card fees are not refundable

Expect 3 to 5 Business days for refund to process

Shipping cost will not be refundable

Goods are packaged with high standards to ensure goods are delivered in perfect conditions

All goods must be returned in unused, unopened and in original condition when shipped

If goods arrived with unacceptable conditions during  transit please advise and provide photo evidence in 7 days from date of confirmed delivery
